Selecting the Right Consulting Team
The best way to choose a professional management team is to determine whether you and they are a good “fit”. You need to share common ground with whomever you select, so that you can commit 110% of your effort to creating the changes that will transform your practice.

At RJF Consulting our advice is patient-centered, health-focused and scientifically-oriented.  We use time-tested, ethical principles to guide business decisions, and we recommend that practitioners employ the principles of Evidence-Based Chiropractic to guide health care decisions.

Choosing Personalized Service
No two doctors or practices are exactly alike.  Therefore, we tailor our personalized service to our clients’ individual needs. In order to provide the highest quality service to each of our clients, we  work with a limited number of  practices at a time. We enlist new clients on a first come basis, and we accept only those doctors and practices we truly feel we can help. 

Taking the First Step
At RJF Consulting we listen and gather information before providing solutions. In order to establish whether we can assist you, we require potential new clients to complete a preliminary confidential client questionnaire (Initial Practice Audit). Based upon our analysis and appraisal of the information you provide, we determine whether to extend an invitation for you to become a client. 

To take the first step towards becoming a client, please print and complete the confidential Initial Practice Audit (reproduced here as a PDF document, use Acrobat Reader) and mail or fax it to us. Once we receive and analyze this information, we will provide you with a complimentary report of our analysis & recommendations for your practice.
