Jerry Grod, DC, FCCS
Dr.
Grod earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial
Chiropractic College (CMCC), is a Fellow of the College of Chiropractic
Sciences, and practiced chiropractic for almost two decades. He has
held various positions in the Chiropractors' Association of
Saskatchewan: Vice-President, editor-provincial newsletter, examining
board chair, research committee chair, and board member.
He has served on the Committee for Review and Restructure of the
Chiropractic Act of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Government's
Commission for Directions in Health Care, the Board of Directors of
Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Liaison Committee with the
Saskatchewan Medical Association and has been a Consultant to the
Clinical Guidelines for Chiropractic Practice in Canada - Glenerin
Conference. Dr. Grod is a former Professor and Chair of the Diagnosis
Department at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC).
Dr. Grod has made numerous presentations to chiropractic and medical
institutions, and has received an award for Advancement of Chiropractic
Education and the Award of Excellence from the Journal of the Canadian
Chiropractic Association. He is published in peer-reviewed chiropractic
and medical journals, and is presently Professor and Director of
Continuing Education at CMCC, a Faculty member of the Institute of
Evidence-Based Chiropractic, Chair of the Test Committee for the
National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and editorial advisor for
Topics in Clinical Chiropractic.
